About John W. Frank, Ed.D.
Dr. John Frank is an organization development consultant d/b/a DiaComVentures Consulting.  He is
also a member of the adjunct faculty at the University of North Florida, where he teaches courses
in Public Policy, Transformational Leadership and Conflict Transformation. John also holds a
position as Research Fellow at the UNF's Florida Center for Public & International Policy. In
addition, he provides consultative support to the University’s
Values Infusion Task Force and the
Committee on Equity and Civility. John's research explores how leaders engage constituents in
moral/evaluative conversation and how those processes shape organizational culture, increase
productivity, and build social capital that sustains democratic society.  John holds a Doctorate in
Educational Leadership, with a cognate in Public Administration. His master’s degree is in Applied
Theology. John has worked with non-profit organizations for nearly thirty-five years and resides in
Jacksonville Florida, where he is married to his life-partner, Patricia. They have four adult children
and three grandchildren.
