We aim to create venues for organizational learning through ongoing and one-time consultative processes designed around the
unique needs and missions of client organizations. These services may include public speaking, strategic planning, leadership
development and coaching, team building, facilitation of “values talk” in group and community dialogue processes, as well as other
areas of practice impacting social/corporate ethics, quality improvement, needs assessment, diversity training,
vision/values/mission development, program planning and evaluation. Our methods include the practice of collaborative approaches
to dialogue and deliberation, employing such techniques as Appreciative Inquiry, Open Space Technology, Generative Dialogue and
other practices that stimulate collaborative learning, organizational transformation, and participatory democracy.
